“You want me to do WHAT with that?” That was my first reaction to kettlebells. After a few choice words and grumbles I decided to give it a shot. After all, I had trusted Justin with kicking my butt and getting me into shape for over a year now so I knew I could trust him. Right?? I picked up that kettlebell and today I cannot imagine a workout without it.

I have always been an active and athletic person. I’ve run marathons, lifted weights, tried Pilates, yoga, hiking…you name it. I can honestly say that I have never had a workout that compares to kettlebell training. I have noticed a huge difference physically (I am a lot leaner) but I also am stronger and have more muscle definition that I’ve ever had. It is a total body workout that requires you to concentrate on your form and feel a connection with the kettlebell and the muscles that you are working.
